Monday

The food I had for today. I did 45 minutes of cardio on treadmill plus 1 hour of bodypump by Collin. It ahve been a long time I had done bodypump. It was so stressful. Today gym very crowded, hence I skipped the bodycombat and leave home.

Breakfast@11am

Lunch@5pm
Dinner@10pm



Talk about mind over body
When adopting healthy eating and exercising habits, most people generally rely on 'willpower' and 'determination', unfortunately, these attributes do not support long term changes in behaviour.

For long term success, it is necessary to re-program your mind and retrain your body to adopt new beliefs, behaviours, and habits. Consider good habits that you have developed in other areas of your life. These habits will have become instinctive, you will not be thinking about them, or worrying about following though.
