papaya body scrub

My skin is getting dull and dead. Hence it is high time for me to exfoliate the whole body.I want my skin to look healthy and radiant.By removing the top layer of dead epidermis cells, my skin appear smoother and less wrinkled.

I bought loofah brush, and papaya body scrub[$28.90] and even evening primrose firming mask [$26.90] from BodyShop. I heard good things about papaya.

Active papaya enzymes, papain rapidly resurface dead skin cells and accelerate cell turnover to enhance skin smoothness and repairs visible damage due to environmental exposure.

Papaya contains vitamin A which accelerates the formation of new cells, it protects the external layers of the skin, vitamin c is an anti-oxidant, and builds capillary strength, protein the skin can be benefited with improved smoothness, softness, and resiliency. Papaya reduces the signs of premature aging and eliminates dead skin cells. Papaya tea and fruit contains an enzyme that dissolves surface cell debris making it a great facial peel. Beta-carotene, protects the skin and elasticity.

At home, use ready-to-eat rather than unripe one ( as the acid is too strong), puree it and spread it all over, without rubbing.Allow your body to sweat by rolling yourself up in plastic sheet for 20 minutes. Wash off and see the result. A bit messy.

Tonight I am going to try the papaya body scrub.
