Don't get discouraged.
After one or two weeks of initial weight loss, it is quite common for your metabolism to slow down as it adjusts to the new calorie count. Stay on course and you'll see results. In some cases, the scale will tell you your weight is barely changing, but you may be gaining muscle weight while losing fat weight. Also make sure to weigh yourself first thing in the morning to try to avoid the fluctuations in weight due to water.

Rome does not built by one day.

I forget to take picture of the food. Breakfast, I had fried spaghetti with chicken. Then Lunch I had char siew rice at foodcourt. Then the rest will be porridge in evening. The food in pasar malam is very tempting but I say to myself - I am fat now. Be strong to resist temptation.

Then in gym I have bodycombat ( 1 hr) and Abt ( 2 hr)

Talk about mind over body
When adopting healthy eating and exercising habits, most people generally rely on 'willpower' and 'determination', unfortunately, these attributes do not support long term changes in behaviour.

For long term success, it is necessary to re-program your mind and retrain your body to adopt new beliefs, behaviours, and habits. Consider good habits that you have developed in other areas of your life. These habits will have become instinctive, you will not be thinking about them, or worrying about following though.

New Beginning

Rounds and rounds of negative remarks about me gaining weight brought me down. Being fat is such a sin more than a blessing. I develop tummy and double chin or rather rounder face. My body are getting flabby.

I hope it is not the sign of aging. When we grow old, we should take exercise regime lightly, instead we should do more exercise. Give me one month to regain my ever bod I had when I was young.

I am going to start tomorrow with new discipline and regime.

For now, Let me enjoy me sinful meal - Nasi Lemak, my mum bought for me at pasar malam just now. Something to indulge while watching Miss Singapore 2007.
